* ido.el (ido-use-virtual-buffers): Allow new value 'auto.
(ido-enable-virtual-buffers): New variable.
(ido-buffer-internal, ido-toggle-virtual-buffers)
(ido-make-buffer-list): Use it.
(ido-exhibit): Support turning on and off virtual buffers
automatically.
